Accommodation at Ndzhaka and Ntomeni is in the form of:
- Large safari tents, each with 2 comfortable 3/4 beds and large drop-down canvas windows with mosquito netting.
- The tents are permanently mounted on raised wooden platforms , with a wooden bathroom en-suite and a viewing deck with chairs.
- The en-suite bathrooms each offer a flushing toilet, basin with running cold water and authentic bucket shower - filled with hot water heated by gas stoves.
- The entire structure is housed beneath a rubberized canvas roof, giving the look and feel of a house made of canvas and wood.
The basic structure of the Buffelshoek Tented Encampment is the same as that found at Ndzhaka and Ntomeni, but the accommodation is slightly different:
- The camp is literally located in the middle of the bush and accommodation is in 2-person dome tents instead of the safari tents.
- Each tent is mounted on a wooden deck under a thatched roof, and offers comfortable stretcher beds with mattresses, flushing toilet & wash basin.
- Showers with the same specifications as above are provided at central ablution facilities next to the main camp lapa.
At all 3 locations, camp staff are in attendance at all times to provide information, assistance and guiding services. They are well trained in all aspects of the bush.
